We are based in Corsham, but can cover local surrounding areas depending on time and availability.

For safety reasons, we will only take out small groups of dogs on each walk. Up to 4 dogs maximum, providing each dog is a suitable match for the group.

Yes absolutely. We do offer 1-2-1 walks with your dog alone.

Yes, Brockwell Hounds hold a professional business pet insurance, including public liability.

Most certainly, we like to arrange to meet you and your dog(s) before any bookings are made. This will allow us to have a chat and all get to know each other and interact. You will have the chance to ask any questions.

Should you decide to use any of Brockwell Hounds services, we will require you to complete a basic client consent Form.

No, general rule of thumb is most clients provide spare keys for us to access your dog(s) whilst you are at work or out. We are police checked for your own piece of mind, and obviously all keys are unmarked and are securely locked away.

Brockwell Hounds only accept social dogs for group walks. Just to ensure that all dogs in that group enjoy a fun and happy outing. If we believe that your dog(s) do have any behavioural problems, we will suggest the private 1-2-1 walking service.

We hope this will never happen, but in the unlikely event of an emergency Brockwell Hounds will contact you to discuss the situation. If we receive no answer from any of the contact numbers you provide, and medical attention is required, we will transport your dog to your own registered veterinary practice, or nearest one if necessary.

We are relatively flexible with times from Monday through to Friday. We tend not to do group walks over the weekends, but we are happy to provide Dog Sitting or Dog Boarding. Please contact us with requests. We strongly suggest booking well in advance for Christmas time and bank holidays, which will hold an additional charge.

Brockwell Hounds will accept cash, and bank transfers.
